Crafting Fairy Letter Boxes in our witches playground was inspired by my kids…umm and my forgetful parenting skills 😆
You see, a tooth for the tooth fairy was sometimes overlooked in my house.
With 4 kids all loosing teeth at different stages it was hard to keep up on who’s turn it was and sometimes our fairy missed a visit here and there lol
So to cover up my little oops and not have a heart broken child on my hands we told the kids that the tooth fairy expected letters from them or why would she come at all.
At an early age they all began writing letters to the tooth fairy, this eventually grew much bigger and each child had their very own tooth fairy with names, personas and a fairy life of their own. 😆😆😆
Sometimes Jorja’s fairy would be stuck at dance class and couldn’t make her tooth pick so she would send her brother (Williams fairy) to pick up and that was always a hot mess lol
The tooth fairies would give the kids task before picking up the tooth…like Emma cleaning her bedroom so the tooth fairy could get to the tooth. Sometimes our kids had to leave fun treats, art, or baked goods for their own fairies or the fairy’s would ask them to do something kind for someone else in the house to help manage any fights or arguments.
Either way we went above and beyond the typical tooth fairy in our house and I can only hope my kids do the same to keep the Magick alive.
Here I’am still creating magical moments in life for others. I know how amazing my life has been watching my kids grow up with Magick.
