If you or someone you know is interested in opening your own boutique, lounge, etc THIS IS THE PLACE! Honestly, I’m truly heartbroken to have had to let my space go but I believe there is someone out there who wants it as bad as I did. 🤍

For the past 3 weeks I’ve been stuck on what to say.. do I tell the story or do I just say I’m closed?
Technically, I don’t owe the details to anyone, and with that, I feel it’s time to close the book completely without going into the how and why this came to a halt so quickly.

Sadly, the store is closed. I am looking for the next person who is ambitious, driven and has a kick ass vision that would be interested in leasing this beautiful space!
And when I say space, I mean it, there’s 2390 sq ft!!!
I poured my blood, sweat and tears into making this store front have a unique and earthy vibe. Open the door and see the beautiful boho inspired mural on the wall, see the inspiring messages on the floor to remind your customers how wonderful they are and more.
If you have always wanted to own a store, this is the perfect place in Simcoe. It’s ready for your product to be displayed and for you to take over downtown in the best way possible!
