The 131 Action Camera Boom from Scotty is a robust, flexible and lightweight solution for mounting a wide range of action cameras, including GoPro, Insta360, and DJI Osmo Action.

You'll have to provide the camera, but our kit comes with everything else you'll need to start capturing great photos and videos.

An included 241 mount provides a solid foundation for two premium carbon fiber arms that can be pivoted to nearly any angle via a smooth central adjustment joint. The arms can also be separated, should your shot require a lower profile.

The ball-joints allow 360° rotation on the pan axis, and 180° of travel on the tilt axis allowing you to capture the exact angle you want, with a max height of 52.5".

In case you missed it, a few months ago, we announced an entirely new line of improved plugs and sockets for our electric downriggers and line pullers.

We think these new plugs and sockets are a positive advancement in every measure-- the construction is sturdier, the housing has been upgraded, we've improved the waterproofing, and polished the fit and finish throughout.

We've even added gold-plated connectors in the terminals to improve conductivity and bolster resistance to corrosion. The units are rated for 12V-30 Amps, and are IP67 certified.

If you'd like to learn more, we've put together the video below that shares lots of detailed information on all the components, and takes you through the process of wiring both plugs and sockets properly. It also contains tutorials for how to install the two mounting brackets we've developed for the product.

These next-gen plugs and sockets will be available in three SKUs:

🔹The 2121 will include a plug, a socket, a flush-mounting bracket, a 90° bracket and stainless steel hardware.

🔹The 2122 configuration will include just the socket.

🔹The 2123 will include just the plug.

The Sure Stop Pro from Scotty performs several crucial functions during downrigger fishing;

1. The Sure Stop Pro works with the auto-stop feature on Scotty's electric downriggers to ensure that your line stops in exactly the same place, every time. This prevents terminal tackle from snarling in the pulley, and makes the retrieval process safer, more convenient, and completely predictable.

2. The tuna cord provides a secure hold for your self-locating snap, and is easier on your hands when pulling tackle onto the boat.

3. The Scotty Snubber absorbs shock, provides electrical insulation, and helps prevent snags.

The 377 version of the Sure Stop Pro is optimized for 30" downrigger booms. Our 378 version is optimized for 60" downrigger booms.
