We are committed to providing fabulous baked goods, wonderful local quality products, and the freshest Ontario fruits and vegetables available anywhere! We have grown our own sweet corn since 1976, baked our own delicious Butter Tarts and Fruit Pies for nearly as long, and produced our own Maple Syrup since 1994. We also have local suppliers provide us with a wide assortment of eggs, milk, jams,

meats, gluten free items, and many many others. We change with the season so stop in now and again to see what we have to offer!

🌽 50 Years of Growing Sweet Corn! 🌽

For 50 years, sweet corn season has meant more than just harvesting a crop at Hewitts Farm Market. It’s also meant welcoming a new group of young people to the farm each summer. 💛

For some, it’s their very first job. For others, it’s another summer spent working alongside friends and familiar faces. They’re learning how to pick, sort and harvest sweet corn — but they’re also learning about hard work, responsibility, teamwork and taking pride in a job well done.

We’re incredibly proud to have been part of so many young people’s first work experiences over the years. Some stay for a season, some come back year after year, and many still stop in years later with memories of their summers working in the corn fields. 🌽🚜

50 years of corn, 50 years of memories, and another great crew helping us bring in this year’s crop.

Here’s to the next generation of Hewitts corn pickers! 💛🌽
