Accept each others humanity, the way you would want yours accepted.

The world has enough people pretending they are fine. There is too many people judging someone for being human, and not being fake. We hear it all the time.

“WOW they never show what they are going through, so incredible.” - this is admiring people shoving their emotions down, people pleasing others and not dealing with it. This keeps people stuck thinking they have to “fake it till you make it.”

Or

“I can’t believe they are being that way, you know everyone has problems, they just don’t show them. I went through hard times and look at me.” - this narrative creates an unsafe environment, keeping people stuck in shame and embarrassment for being human. Also most people committed to this narrative of “I’m fine look at me.” All have substance dependence issues. Poor relationships. And no growth mindset.

These are examples of people and statements that should really be left behind. We need better growth mindsets for 2026.

We are just a small business. Doing what we can to create positive change in the world.

This company was founded by someone who has had first hand experience with depression and suicidal ideation. As well, working in healthcare. “My experience being a patient in the healthcare system, seeking out help for my depression, I had a raw and awful realization that while we talk about mental health being important. We still don’t treat it like it’s important. And the system does not help people. In fact it’s harming them, disguised as help.”

Seeing first hand not only in a professional setting but in a personal one, what the lack of support is doing to people, is heartbreaking. It’s devastating. And the system still has so far to come to create change and fill these gaps.

How does change happen? Through people making choices to start changing the system themselves. And it starts with small brands like CHANNEGEL.

Support us and support the world. Small changes. Big impact.

We may be a small brand today. But one day we will be a large one. And I’m so excited thinking of all the change we can create when this happens. And we thank you for every share, purchase, like and comment. It’s all supporting us, supporting humanity.
