Shout out to Ali bringing a new station to the old location. Thanks man, I'm finally able to follow a new journey in life.

We had some long discussions, and Your Highness is absolutely the right choice to take over the lease and open their new upcoming location.

Please guys, go check them out when they open up shortly you'll be surprised! They're going to be even better than we were. This wasn't part of the deal to promote anything either, I truly believe they have your best interest and I wish them all the luck.
