🌸 Plum blossom season inspired us to create this beautiful Spring Blossom cocktail made with Mae-sil Plum Syrup (launching soon).
Spring Blossom Cocktail
1.5oz gin5oz Triple Sec
3/4oz lemon juice
1/2oz plum syrup
2dashes Peychaud bitters (to give the great pink hue)
Shake with ice, strain, serve & enjoy!

Tamago kake gohan, or “egg the rice” as we called it growing up, was a fast and easy favourite breakfast. So easy to make, all you do is break a fresh clean egg into a bowl of hot rice. Add a drizzle of soy sauce and mix mix mix until it’s all incorporated, frothy and fluffy. Sprinkle with furikake and add and extra egg yolk if you want to be totally indulgent.

Spring is in the air! While the crisp air still has us craving comfort, we’re excited about eating lighter and brighter meals.
On the menu tonight was gnocchi with blue cheese, pancetta, clams, peas, mint & lemon zest topped with a sprinkle of Cherry Wood smoked salt. A simple side salad served on the side with Meyer lemon vinaigrette + Naked salt and dinner is done!
