Vancouver Island📍 This island awakened every one of our explorer senses.

The constant mist is a reminder that something is always hidden here. Something untouched, waiting to be discovered.

Out here, humans don’t dominate nature.They coexist with it.

Bears.
Cougars.
Wolves.

You walk through the rainforest knowing you’re not alone and that’s part of the thrill.

Whales.
Seals.
Otters.

The depths of the ocean invite you to slow down… to watch closely.

Raw. Wild. Untamed.
We loved every second of it.

9,800+ km since we left Montreal and we’ve finally made it to Vancouver. 🚙🌎

Through rain, wind, cold nights, and rough backroads, this rooftop tent has seen it all.

And after everything we’ve tested before, we can honestly say: the quality is in a league of its own.

Next stop: Vancouver Island chasing wildlife, coastal trails, and that raw West Coast energy. 🌲🌊

UTAH → Calgary 📍After getting a little off track (classic us), we’re officially back on the road.

17 hours straight.
No rest for the adventurous because tomorrow we’re setting up our booth at the Calgary Boat & Outdoor Show.

And we’re fired up.🔥

James Baroud is finally back in Canada, and you’ll be able to see it, test it, climb in and feel the quality for yourself. 👀

If you’re coming to the show , make sure you stop by. You don’t want to miss this.

📍Canyonlands

And just like that… Boom, 17 hours south. Next thing we know, we’re getting lost in Canyonlands.

We told you we’re testing all the conditions.
✅ Snowstorm
✅ -19°C?

So obviously desert in winter had to happen.

Those endless canyon views though?! 😮
We’re officially obsessed.

Watching that landscape stretch forever from our panoramic rooftop tent feels unreal. Best room with a view we’ve ever had.🔥

The truck, on the other hand... Let’s just say the trails had opinions.

A few mechanical pit stops later and we’re still rolling. Explorers adapt.

We’re heading back up to ski in Calgary (for real this time). Can’t miss the either.

But their is still 4 days before it begins and we know that in four days explorer can live a whole lifetime.😏

We’ll tell you what happens next.

📍Glacier National Park. Honestly, after driving non-stop for 40 hours, we would’ve slept anywhere. We were dead asleep

That being said… the tent mattress is way beyond what we expected. Total game changer.👌🏻

Next stop: Glacier National Park 🏔️ with a quick pause in town to answer a few emails from our outdoor-loving community.

But of course, nothing keeps us in town for long.

We’re always chasing the unpaved roads !
The ones that lead to the real views, the raw beauty, the wild.

Tomorrow’s mission: find snow and go backcountry skiing⛷️

Montréal → Calgary topo 👀🫎

We hit the road in a snowstorm at -19°C.
Truck ready. Trailer packed to the brim.

Destination: Calgary for the Feb 20–22 trade show

When you don’t want to miss a thing, you commit.😏

We mapped the route and drove it straight through rotating drivers, 40 hours of day-and-night pushing through winter roads.

And then… we made it.

Finally, we popped open our James Baroud rooftop tent and took a moment to actually breathe and soak in the landscape we had just crossed.

Because real explorers don’t drive thousands of kilometers without exploring along the way...

Well let’s just say the border patrol pointed us toward Montana. Oops.🤠
