What is your truth?

This is ours!

1) It is possible that you have never tasted real white chocolate.
That cookies and cream bar from the gas station...? Yes, that's truly just cream, and loads of sugar; and that certainly is NOT chocolate.

2) Our Belgian white chocolate bars and confections actually contain chocolate - 28% of cocoa solids, that is.
Compared to our other varieties: Milk chocolate 33.6%, Semisweet Dark 54.5%, and Bittersweet Dark 70.5%.

3) You pay for the quality you get with Fritz Chocolates.

Freshly restocked with a brand new shelf and all twelve bars, you can find us right next to the ice cream and opposite of all the other chocolates (which you will obviously ignore, right?! 😉)

In Germany, we call the days between Christmas and New Year's 'in between the years'.
It's kind of a no man's land, a black hole in time...

So we thought it fitting to look back a bit before we look forward again...

Have you ever wondered how Fritz Chocolates came to be?!

It's a bit of a long story, so we've put it into pictures for you.
More easily to digest while you are still digesting all those Christmas cookies too. 😆

Well, it all began with a dream and a cake...

And yes, we are Fritz Foods Inc. which also consists of The Gallery - Coffee House & Bistro and Black & White - Café and Bistro.
Named after us, Mike & Jessica Fritz. Duh. 💕

P.S. The original idea to this post was Story Thorburn Creative.
It only took me many years to bring it onto paper aka into the virtual world.

You already knew this, didn't you...?!

We have a soft spot for the PEI Humane Society because that’s where we adopted our two fur babies - Mud Pie and Jersey. 💝

So since always, a $1 of each paw chocolate package sold is donated to the PEI Humane Society. 🐾

And we are finally proudly showing this off on our packaging.
So that you know too. Cause pets are family.
And the rescues, they desperately need families of their own.

Helping others while indulging in a treat sure does ‘Fritz’ the spot, doesn't it?! ❤️‍🔥
