Personally Made Designs

My products are Personally Made for you, the customer. Due to the nature of personalized items, every order must be prepaid in full upon ordering. This allows me to complete orders in proper order of payments received.

*Since orders are custom, I do not allow cancellations or refunds once orders are placed and paid for. If an item is damaged or incorrect due to my error, a refund or exchange wil

l be offered at no cost to buyer. See below for more detailed information.

*RUSH FEE: As many of you know, I am a stay at home mama of two little monsters. My turn around time can be up to 3 weeks. Please keep this in mind when ordering. I try to keep my turn around time as low as possible. IF you will be needing your item faster than 2-3 weeks or my current turnaround time (you must message me for current turnaround time prior to placing order) you will be charged a $15 rush order fee. SHIPPING:

* Any items damaged in transit must be reported to me within 48 hours of delivery and accompanied by a photograph of the damaged item and the shipping supplies (this will be used for insurance purposes for a refund). Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable. A new item will not be sent or refund given until 1. A photo is received of the broken item or 2. The original item is sent back to seller (I would accept a tracking number as proof of a shipment back to me).

* Your satisfaction is VERY important to me! If a personalized item is incorrectly made, a replacement will be shipped to you at no additional cost. However, please note that if items are personalized incorrectly based on incorrect information being provided, these are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check your personal message/note to seller before sending your order. FAQ:

* HOW DO I WASH MY ITEM? Each item comes with a washing direction card instructing you to gently hand wash your cup with love. Use a soft sponge, regular dish soap, and gently pat dry or air dry. They cannot go through the dishwasher or in the microwave.

* WILL THE VINYL COME OFF? The vinyl used is high grade outdoor permanent vinyl, the same kind they use for car decals. It is not just simply a sticker. It will withstand your daily use and washing when properly cared for. Please do not pick at the vinyl or scratch it off or it can damage and begin to come up. Gently pat, not scrub, when washing.

* All glassware is non-refundable. If washing instructions are not followed which can lead to product being ruined, a replaceable one will not be provided as I cannot guarantee product has been cared for properly.

* Proofs for designs: I always send out to approve your design and to make sure all information/spelling is correct. If there is a mistake after you approval there will be no refund. Please double check all designs to make sure product is how you would like it to be. Proofs will not be sent until order is fully paid. Design time is built into a product price.

* Included in the price of the product is up to 3 proof revisions. After we discuss in detail your custom order, if you require more than 3 revisions a fee of $5/revision will be applied. This fee is non-refundable.

* WILL THE GLITTER COME OFF? Each glass/cup/bottle is carefully handmade. The glitter is completely sealed (twice!) and no shedding will occur.
