Vienna lager. Lagered impatiently, drunk more than a few a little too early, but finally right where it should be after approximately 45 days of age. Hop forward, light caramel aroma with a floral peppery snap. Dry, foamy and dangerously crushable with a golden red glow. ABV: 5.1% IBU: 26 SRM: 14 Vols of Co2: 3.0

Just a small step up the colour scale. This beer is made with a base of Vienna, plus caramunich, carafoam, and melanoiden to lock in that copper hue. Balanced with a generous amount saaz to bitter.
