As a representative of the Food Security Action Group within the Tantramar Strait Shores Community Task Force, she shared her expertise. Don't forget to buy your tickets. They are also available at the Gift Shop in the hospital. I am going to have a table at the Farmer's market in Sackville some time in May so keep an eye out. I will have a table with the raffle tickets, the glassware I have for sale on Marketplace, and possibly some Home made jam. Stay tuned and I will post the dates when I will be there.

The April 9th meeting of the Sackville Memorial Hospital Auxiliary proved to be a successful day.
The Auxiliary presented their annual donation of $6000 to Wanda Allen, Executive Director of the Westford Nursing Home, and Emilie Doucet, Director of Care of the Drew Nursing Home. The presentation of the cheques was made by Auxiliary member Mary Moores.
Rachelle Gariepy, Coordinator for the Nursing Home Without Walls Tantramar, gave an informative presentation about the services offered.
The Auxiliary members also donated several items to fill baskets for each of the Nursing Homes to be used as prizes for their bingo games.
