Plot twist... not all supplier stories end in disaster. 😏

These guys have been absolutely AMAZING. Zero arguing. Zero finger-pointing. Zero hoops to jump through.

They're replacing every smashed ramekin and they've tracked down some gorgeous new colours that are shipping with the replacements. 💙🩷

Needless to say, they've earned my business. We've already started talking about dish brushes, custom products, and a whole lot more as Sweet Pea & Lily keeps growing.

Well... that unboxing wasn't exactly the reveal I was hoping for. 💔 Quite a loss, but 🤞 the seller has been incredibly supportive so far, so I'm hopeful we'll get it sorted out.

Can we also take a moment to appreciate how GORGEOUS these are?! 😍 The new pink and blue ramekins are absolutely beautiful, and I cannot wait to get them filled with Solid Dish Soap and into your hands!

Well... my custom ramekins finally arrived.

Unfortunately, about half of them also arrived... in pieces. 🫠💥

Apparently "fragile" was taken as a suggestion.

Running a small business is never boring -- and the surviving ramekins are gorgeous.

Now if you'll excuse me, I have some ceramic confetti to clean up. 😂
