✨ A little reminder about custom orders! ✨
One of our favourite parts of what we do is bringing your ideas to life — and when it comes to customs, the little details matter. 🤍
From one-of-a-kind gifts and personal orders, to business branding, bulk orders, wholesale for our reseller clients, and everything in between — each order gets the same care and attention to detail.
We strive for quality in every order that leaves our hands, from the design and placement to the final press and finishing touches. And sometimes, doing things right simply takes a little time. Faster isn’t always better — especially when something is being made just for you.
With the busy gifting season quickly approaching, we wanted to remind everyone that our standard turnaround time for custom orders is 5-7 business days. During busier seasons, this may increase to 7-10 business days depending on our current order volume.
If you have something special in mind, we kindly ask that you reach out at least 5 business days before you need it whenever possible. During busier times, the more notice, the better!
We’ll always do our best to accommodate those last-minute requests when we can, but allowing us that little bit of extra time means we can give your order the attention and quality it deserves. 🫶
