2026 Air Jordan 13 True Red/White Retro
How many of y’all own this new retro and have a good made pair?
The pictures we have here are not of our pairs because…well, we wouldn’t want to keep something that has defects and poor QC and craftsmanship. Factory: VW1M
In our decades of owning and wearing sneakers, this is the first time where 10 pairs (from different retailers like JD Sports, Footlocker, Sports Chek) were seen to have either poor QC, craftsmanship, or defect leather. This is of no fault to the retailers.
Nike, Jordan Brand needs to realize that this is not a complain for one item. This is a disappointing end product on one of the classic OG colorway since the last 2017 retro. WHAT HAPPENED JB?
Common issues noticed based on what we experienced:
-Leather main panel cuts around edges may not all be consistent. The edges are supposed to be nicely rounded and cut cleanly. Pairs may have some areas showing roughness on edges
-Stitching is not consistent. Some minor mis-stitches, triple stitching pattern may not all be evenly spaced
-One pair had a very synthetic leather tongue on one shoe
-Small ‘cuts’ or nicks on the leather on a few pairs
Will we EVER find that good pair? Maybe not 🥱
