Join us for an engaging and delicious journey into the world of chocolate!
During the class, we will:
• discover what chocolate is, where it comes from, and what quality chocolate should—and shouldn’t—contain
• taste different types of chocolate and learn to recognize the differences in flavour, aroma, texture and finish
• explore the chocolate-making process
• learn different methods of tempering chocolate
• create your own 250 g chocolate bark with your favourite inclusions and take it home
• enjoy refreshments, a chocolate discussion and a sparkling beverage
• receive a special surprise gift from me 🎁
