Just completed, three of our famous BeaverTail Mandolins.
All standard builds, Flamed Maple back and sides, Sitka tops, Mahogany necks and Ebony Fingerboards. One with snazzy Gold Hardware, two with standard Nickle hardware. Set up great, sound great as usual. $1400.00 each with Gig bag..

Adirondack top, Ziricote Back and sides, and some custom Inlay work in Blacklip Pearl and Gold Mother of Pearl. It was a fun build , and sounds great if I do say so myself... Enjoy Nate!!

Even More Fresh Off The Bench!!
This 'one off ' Stella style twelve string. Built on a smaller body this features an Adirondack Spruce Top, ladder braced , vintage style wide marquetry purflings and rosette,Sapele back and sides, Mahogany Neck with slotted headstock, Ebony Fingerboard and Bridge. The body and bracing were assembled with traditional hide glue. The Ebony Fingerboard is inlayed with White Mother of Pearl inlays in the 'Prairie State ' design. The headstock is overlayed with genuine Brazilian Rosewood. This has a 650 mm scale and 12 frets to the body. Surprise, surprise this has big sound and big punch!
Channel your inner Hudie Ledbetter! It was a blast making this, I hope I captured that 20's / 30's vibe! $SOLD$

Just finished one of our beautiful SSD-83CJ "ColinJames" models. Select old Sitka Bearclaw top, Genuine Mahogany Back and Sides, Mahogany Neck, Ebony Fingerboard and Bridge, custom Half Herringbone rosette with Abalone ring, half Herringbone purfling and rich Tortoise binding. Fingerboard inlays of Paua Abalone in the 'Prairie State ' pattern , exclusive Swallow inlay on the headstock(same as Colins original) and super high quality Waverly vintage style open back machine heads with real Ebony buttons. K&K pure mini pickup installed and Hardshell case. Big ,bold, beautiful sound...$SOLD$

Fresh off the bench! Three Sawchyn mandolins, models S5, A5 (still available) and an A2 pumpkin top.
It's been a while since I completed a few archtop mandos, it was a blast! All with handcarved and tuned tops and backs, hand stained bursts and Ebony fittings.
The still available A5 has a Adirondack Spruce Top, highly flamed Maple back , sides and neck, Ivoroid binding, Ebony board ,bridge and pickguard. With Hardshell case, $SOLD$

This beautiful 1956 C.F.Martin D-21 came to us in rather sad condition and required a fair amount of ( mostly cosmetic) of restoration to bring back its original beauty.
We have reset the neck and refreted the fingerboard,done all the other necessary repairs and refinished ,in nitro ,the rather poor previous refin.
Everything is now as it should be on this D-21. The interior bracing is completely intact including the original bridge plate. The beautiful Brazilian Rosewood back and sides are stunning and give this dreadnought incredible punch and clarity. The action is great and the playability excellent. A truly great looking and playing 68 year old Martin guitar. With new hardshell case.

Speaking of Gibson L guitars.....
We have this incredible 1921 GIBSON L-4. One of the cleanest and well taken care of L-4 's we have seen.This is an all original Gibson featuring a wonderful hand applied Cherry sunburst, Mahogany stained Birch back and sides, vintage style deep 'V' neck, Ebony board and bridge . This guitar plays wonderfully,like it was brand new. All celluloid is intact and the finish in great shape and no cracking. Still resides in its original Faultless case.
