Yess, my leg is much better now, thanks all for asking!

Has been a while again since last update, there’s lots lots to announce for following month.

Let starrrrt, here’s what’s up:
1. I just renovated my kitchen, I’m kidding. So you might see the matcha girl video taking nearby my shop. Yess, she’s my friend who wanna starts matcha business.

And I will rent her certain hours to make her business dream start. I’m not huge fan of matcha as coffee guy, but I still can tell how much she likes matcha. With such passion, surely I will love to give her a shot to see if what’s she presenting loved by Regina. Check her out @

2. I will extend hours from September. From 7 am - 7:30 pm weekdays

7 am - 11 am : Coffee & Breakfast
11 am - 5 pm : Full Menu & Lunch
5 pm - 7:30 pm : Bubble Tea Only

But I will update again once I finalized it!

3. New cups!

4. I got lots asking so I will close Sunday at 4 pm to launch Coffee & Flair Bartender Class officially. And hopefully I will do open workshops once a month too!

5. I’m working on some special menu for our membership. Some specialty coffee, coffee mocktails, special coffee bean and so on. Some promo also for our membership for having discount on class buying beans so on. I’m working on it for members more benefits

6. I will update the new food, snack, some new drinks on menu on September too

7. I will plan to import lots Japan Vinly to sell in shop soon too

8. And more once I got more time to think about it

Yes, so some of you might heard from me that I actually sold my shop to my friend, who is one of best coffee roaster and barista in Thai.

The reasons for doing that is, I do wanna take a break from being owner for 10 years. Kinda tired from it, wanna be able to stop thinking all the numbers and stuff day and night.

Second reason is one person can go fast, but people together can go more far. My friend has lots knowledge and resources I don’t have. I wonder with them tog

I seriously think about still keep open but it seems got hurt more now

Close until I announce again I guess, I actually don’t mind let my staff to open but she can only do 3 days

So I will just close first and see how doctor said

I might find a better reason like maintaining the pipe or whatever but I would prefer just being honest

Well, the moment you begin to hate everything you see and everything of your work. I know it’s time and better to take a break to reset the mind.

Cuz I need 1.5 hr to prepare fresh boba and tea and other stuff every morning to make sure it’s fresh, plus if they say 12, usually will be little later

So I don’t think I can make it happen tomorrow

Well, just a quick record video of yesterday coffee roasting first time ever in my life

Made few mistakes but so much fun, and lots to learn before serving my bean to my customers

However, just like my coffee and bartending skill. Practice makes perfect.

And if you are curious what roasting looks like, it will be fun to watch.

Remember open the sound, you can hear coffee bean drop, popping , like ASMR?

So I was thinking how my membership works for a long time. I hate punch cards, it’s everywhere and boring, and I don’t wanna a membership is only be purchased by money. And something fun and creative and unique.

That’s why I haven’t really done anything until one day I see one of my coffee owner friend in Taiwan using the time punch machine for their members.

I’m like wow, that’s something fun!
I told him I gonna steal the idea, and here we are!

Old fashion way, remember the old times we have to punch our time when go and off the work?

Same thing!

You punch yourself in every time you coming buy a drink, more than 5 times, you got something. More than 10 times, you got something better for whole next month.

Punch card just $5, and write your name, nickname, whatever I will keep for you next to machine. So you never forget, cuz I will remember for you.

“I don’t wanna reward how much you spend, but reward how often you come back”

So come often, not spend more!

I will not tell you if you wanna do it, I think it’s really and totally up to you, I don’t like force and upsell.
