Thank you to everyone that stopped by to talk to us during the Quesnel Trade Show hosted by the Quesnel Chamber of Commerce at the hockey arena. We enjoyed showing the community what we do locally here in Quesnel and meeting so many great people and businesses.
From laser engraving and cutting, to UV printing, 3d printing, precision gauge making, stocked tumblers, custom merchandise, and small batch manufacturing, it was awesome getting to showcase what Overhead Studios Ltd is building right here in town. ⚡

Our 1200 Watt fiber laser is an absolute beast — capable of precision cutting and engraving at speeds and detail levels that still blow our minds daily. Half the battle now is simply finding enough time for all the new ideas and projects we want to throw at it.

UV lasers are one of the only proper ways to engrave glassware cleanly and consistently without the heavy micro-fracturing and rough finish you commonly see from standard laser systems. 👀🔥

In late November we quietly took delivery of our 1200 Watt Fiber Laser system.

Since then, it hasn’t stopped.

We’ve been pushing out gauges by the hundreds along with custom parts and specialty products for returning customers.

This machine completely changes how metal is cut and engraved. It combines processes into one system, eliminating extra steps, reducing errors, and increasing efficiency.

From precision gauges within .02mm tolerance, to luggage ID tags, fire extinguisher tags, equipment tags, and industrial parts, we can take on a lot of work with very fast turnaround times.

We currently stock 18 gauge stainless steel in bulk. As demand grows, we’ll be stocking additional stainless, aluminum, and carbon steel plate/sheet ; key materials on hand for our repeat customers.
