As our flower season comes to a close, I just wanted to send a heartfelt thank you to all of our flower friends. 💐

Thank you to everyone who purchased a homegrown bouquet, stopped by to say hello, shared a kind word, or simply liked and followed along with our posts. Every bit of support means more than you know.

Growing flowers is truly a labour of love, and seeing our blooms find their way into your homes, celebrations, and everyday moments has been such a joy.

We are officially out of blooms for the season, but we’re already dreaming, planning, and planting ideas for next spring. We can’t wait to share another season of flowers with you.

Season 2 of my Peonies.

Well, cutting every single bud off of my peonies was not an easy task. But the more buckets being filled up with little blooms means a stronger more established peony plant next year! Technically, I have to do this again next year and the following year after that, peony blooms for DAYS! I may have left one bush to bloom. 🤫

🌷 SATURDAY! May 23! Bouquet Bar at Chicka D’s Flowers 🌷

Create your own custom spring bouquet at our Build-Your-Own Bouquet Bar! We’ll have an abundance of fresh tulips and daffodils ready for you to mix, match, and design into something beautiful.

We’ll provide all the supplies you need — but if you have a favourite vase at home, bring it along and build directly into it for the perfect fit.

$20 per dozen stems — choose your blooms and create a bouquet that’s uniquely yours.

Come wander, create, and enjoy the flowers. We’ll have a market tent set up so the fun continues rain or shine.
