What a weekend.
We’re leaving UP Montréal with a lot less paint, a lot more memories, and mostly the feeling that we spent a few days exactly where we wanted to be.
Thank you to every artist who stopped by, trusted us with their paint, and took a few minutes to talk between coats, walls and last-minute runs. It was genuinely a pleasure working with you and experiencing this edition alongside you.
A huge thank you as well to everyone who made the 31st edition possible. The UP Montréal team, the volunteers, everyone working on the ground from morning to night, the business owners who open their walls to artists, the partners, the City of Montréal, and all the people you don’t always see but without whom an event like this simply couldn’t happen.
After weeks of preparation, pallets to manage, walls to prime, orders to build and plenty of last-minute problems to solve, seeing the festival come to life like this felt pretty damn good.
We wanted to be there for the artists and contribute in a real way to the event. After this edition, we’re mostly leaving with one thought:
we want to do it again.
Thank you, Montréal.
Thank you to the whole team ❤️
