Underground Art is run by the local artists Asta Sanders Glembotzki and Lenard Sanders. Asta Sanders Glembotzki & Lenard Sanders are Photographers. Lenard is born and raised in Prince George, and has spend a great deal of his life exploring the backcountry of BC. He shoots with BC Magazine and won several international and national competitions. His versatile abilities are capable to cover a white

range of photography fields. He found and married his soul mate, Asta from Germany, who shares his dreams and love of nature. The same views of life and an incredible eye for the beauty of their surroundings and the joy of working together is reflected in their stunning photographs. Asta came 2010 to Canada. She learned three years long at the Glasfachschule Rheinbach, how to engrave glass the way the old romans used to work the glass. She will provide the gallery with sandblasting design and freehand engraved glass. Together Asta and Lenard are planning rustic furniture projects for the gallery as well. The gallery and also the gift shop includes the work of other local artists and unique crafters. The goal is to offer a huge variety of art and crafts to our clients. Our hours of operation for the month of January are Fridays and Saturdays from noon to 5pm. We will increase our hours during the following months.
