Today we bring you a staff recommendation from the fabulous bookster Sofia! 🤩Especially popular amongst dog-lovers, Fifteen Dogs by Andre Alexis is a fascinating tale from the perspective of dogs that has a high probability of making you shed a tear. It's a touching tale great for anyone! 😊

Happy Wednesday folks,

It's Sydney here! I wanted to share with you guys one of my favourite words 🌟. I was at The Keg with some friends when I learned this one. One of them kept using the word 'splendiferous' to describe his steak. We thought he was making the word up to sound fancy since we were eating at a nice place 🥂. Anyway, he ended up telling our waiter that the food was splendiferous. Upon our research, we found out that the word was real (I think he was just as shocked as we were). 😄

Today we are highlighting The Open Door Café drink syrups.☕ If you haven't been there yet, The Open Door Café is a local coffee shop that makes in-house syrups so you're able to enjoy their delicious drinks in the comfort of your own home! ✨

Something cool about buying their syrups is that if you return the empty jar to The Open Door Café you can get up to $1.50 off of the next jar you buy there. That way they're able to recycle the jars, being more sustainable and cost effective! So come on down to Books and Co or swing by The Open Door Café to try it for yourself! 💛
