Beautiful handcrafted knife I made and donated to the “Northern Lights Wildlife Sanctuary”. The knife is made of 1095 high carbon steel with a curly walnut handle. The box is mahogany with a curly walnut top cast in clear epoxy.
They auctioned it and managed to raise $375 CAD for the charity.

I made this marking gauge with the same wood as the mallet. What else should I try to make?

Just finished this skinner today. High carbon steel from a farriers rasp, acid etched and stone washed. Handle is Wenge wood with brass pins and a lanyard hole.

Made these a few weeks ago, but couldn’t post them as they were for Christmas gifts. Really like the acid etch ,stone wash then electro etching brand and initials. 1084, roasted maple handles with mosaic pins. Leatherwork looks awesome, but I can’t take the credit. .
