To backup a Samsung phone using Smart Switch:

If you have a memory card in your phone you can download smart switch from the galaxy or play store for free and press the memory card button in the top corner to back up or restore your phone (if you have a Samsung account on the phone you will need to know or recover the passcode for it first. Otherwise
connect your Samsung phone to your computer using a USB cable.
Open Smart Switch on your computer.
Click on "Backup" in the main menu.
Select the data you want to backup, such as contacts, messages, and photos.
Click on "Start" to begin the backup process.
Wait for the backup to complete, which may take a few minutes depending on the amount of data being backed up.
Once the backup is complete, you can disconnect your phone from the computer and the data will be saved on your computer.
You can also choose to back-up the phone on a cloud service like Samsung Cloud or Google Drive, by going to settings > Cloud and accounts > Backup and restore.
Smart Switch is a software that allows you to transfer data from an old device to a new Samsung device, as well as backup and restore data on a Samsung device. It is available for Windows and Mac computers, as well as for Android and iOS devices.
