Start them young! 😂

Some of you may have seen our kids running around the shop on Sundays. While it can be a bit chaotic having them around, I think it's a great way to start developing their work ethic.

They see mom and dad working hard, engaging customers, and working together as a team. Hopefully they pick up some of that and creates in them the same kind of value for work. 🤞🏻

Because as I continue this parenting journey I am starting to believe that it's more important to focus on *who* my children become rather than *what* they grow up to be!

Did you know back in 2018 I was featured in Vancouver Magazine? I was just starting out and doing pop-ups in Richmond and one of our OG flavours caught the eye of the food editor. Some of you might still remember it! It was the Black Sesame Charcoal Croissant!

After a hiatus, this flavour is back and better than ever! I’ve made some tweaks and really focused on balancing out the flavour and textures. My wife says this is even a better version than the original!
