Friendly Reminder to all our valued customers!
We all know to clean the dryer lint trap between each load. But many don’t realize that dryer vent cleanings are one of the most important appliance maintenance procedures.

Getting your dryer vent cleaned is crucial for fire safety, as the dryer lint is highly flammable. If you use a gas dryer, lint build up can also cause carbon monoxide to build up within the home.
In addition to improved safety, dryer vent cleanings can improve dryer efficiency and protect your clothes. Clogged vents can lead to overheating and reduced drying time, while a clean vent ensures proper airflow and dryer performance.

To our valued customers,

Over a month ago, we had a small fire in our shop, resulting in extensive smoke damage. Thankfully, no one was hurt and we are well underway with renovations to get our showroom operational. We want everyone to know that our shop is open to the public. We currently have no stock in the showroom as we recover, but we can definitely facilitate any special orders, parts inquiries or service requests. We expect to be back to 100% sometime Early June.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Port Colborne Fire & Emergency Services for their extremely speedy response. Their professionalism and expertise handling our emergency were a great comfort in our time of need.

As well, we would like to thank OnSide Restoration. Their promptness in arriving on property and getting the process started was amazing, and again, their professionalism has shown through as they have helped us through this process.

Lastly, we would like to thank Niagara Storage On Site for very quickly setting us up with storage on the property to facilitate the restoration process.

Many more thanks will be stated in the weeks to come as we work towards getting fully operational.
