Sometimes you have to pause.

I don't remember the first time someone said "jeeze girl, when do you have time for YOU?"..

I've been asked so many times I've lost count.
I love my full-time career, and I love my small business (Sudz), and I really love the Small Business community.

But, as I stood at our last market in May, just days after putting the love of my life rescue 🐾 to sleep, I realized that I truly wasn't taking the time for ME.

It was always about "the show must go on". But in that, we have to be able to realize that we can't possibly give 100% of ourselves to everything + everyone. It's not fair to me, or to the dozens of you who work your bums off, to put on an event that I can't give 100% to.

So with that, I pause.
Our September Sip + Shop has been cancelled.
But all deposits have been returned.

I'm consistently blown away by the talent + kindness in the Small Business Community. Today, after a beautiful few hours, the winds picked up and we literally almost blew away.. 😅 but again, the community showed up for eachother and held tents, protected eachother and helped out.

You guys are truly one in a million 🩷
