We had a tree come down over a powerline overnight, so the Griz Cam is offline until it’s fixed.

The good news is that Fraser, our Lizard Avalanche Forecaster, was able to get us a photo when he went up to get the weather reading.

We're only a month out from some of the mountains kicking off the season. The best snowfall on average for Fernie is in December. Don't wait too long to get your equipment ready for the powder days!

This is and always has been my favorite mountain so it gets the shout out Fernie Alpine Resort
