Apparently I’m not the only who has issues with American Eagle and by the sounds of it they’re going to tell to kick rocks.

Many were told nothing can be done, which is insane for the prices you’re paying.

And it makes me wonder, why do we just let it slide when it’s bigger companies but when it comes to small businesses , they are dragged like crazy!

I am not perfect so when there is an issue with one of my items , I try my best to figure out what happened.

I either remake the item , offer a refund, exchange or credit .

Anyways we shall see what they say when I give them a call. Because there’s no way a pair of jeans that are regular price $110 should have rips in them after five months .
