Hello!
I took the summer off from creating and posting content on this account and invested that extra time into enjoying summer. However, being absent on social media did not slow me down…behind the scenes I was just as busy designing blankets and prints.

As I have mentioned to a few of my closest small shop friends, I’m ready to move on from a big part of my business. It has been 6 years since the start of my business. It started as a fun way to feed my creative side and love for making things. Over the years, it has transformed as my life has evolved. I can safely say I am one of the lucky ones. To be able to start a business and have it grow into a full time career is what every small business owner hopes for. However, I already have a full time career. Teaching is my passion, it is who I am, and I’ll never be able to give that up! With three littles at home, all the activities, teaching, etc. I simply cannot do it all anymore. I feel as though time is fleeting faster than ever and I want to be able to soak it all in and be present.

I cannot begin to express how much my success depended on all of you, as well as the small business community. I wouldn’t even have to make this decision or type out this post if it weren’t for loyal customers, supporters, and friends. Thank from the bottom of my heart.

Moving forward, this business will still be designing personalized prints and other school/education resources sold only on Etsy.

I do have an abundance of stock and extra personalized blankets that I am hoping to get up on the site soon! After that, the site will be closed for good.
