Saltwinds Coffee Company is a Canadian coffee roaster based in New Brunswick that strives to recreate the historic flavour of coffee beans shipped to Canada aboard wooden ships exposed to salty sea air. Their unique salt-air infusion process brings out a smoother, more flavourful and less bitter coffee that I can personally attest to being absolutely delicious!
