Trip of a lifetime for many reasons. Still processing this epic journey and eager for more!
Travel always inspires me with new creative ideas and offerings to share within Cup of Intention.

I’d love to hear from you! What would you like to create?
I’m thinking more day retreats and offsite offerings within the community.
Welcoming more wellness practitioners and artists into the space is a desire for Fall as well.

I recently injured my foot and had to step away from the studio to rest. Not an easy decision for me but a necessary one.

I’ll be taking the next two weeks off for family travel and we will have very limited availability for studio time.

When I return, we plan to continue growing our team and welcoming other creatives into the studio.

I turned 51 this year, and I feel ready for a different pace…one that leaves room for my health, my family and my own creativity.

The fall may look a little different, with more intentional workshops, special collaborations and some beautiful creative day retreats. I am excited about what this next chapter will become, but I am also giving myself permission not to figure it all out right this minute.

For now, I am going to practice what Cup of Intention has always been about: slowing down, listening inward and caring for myself.

Thank you for being here and for continuing to support Cup of Intention. So grateful for the opportunity to share more creative experiences together!
