3 things nobody tells you before you buy flooring 👇

1 — Always take a sample home first. The same floor looks completely different under your lighting, next to your furniture, and on your walls. What you love in the showroom might look off in your actual space. Always test it at home before you commit.

2 — Budget for underpad and installation. The floor itself is just the starting point. Factor in underpad and professional installation before you decide what you can afford — not after.

3 — Order more than you think you need. Always allow for 10–15% overage for cuts, waste, and future repairs. Running out mid-job and finding your product is discontinued is one of the most avoidable and most expensive mistakes in renovating.
