When we asked Kristen and Anessa from Colonnade BridgePort their favourite lunch spot in Westboro Village, they knew House of Pizza was at the top of their list.

If you’ve been looking for that perfect, traditional, home-style pizza, this is it. Everything here is made fresh from scratch daily, from the dough to the sauces. They’re serving up incredible home-style comfort food, including their famous thick-crust pan pizza (the kind that doesn't flop!) and perfectly charred wood-fired pies. 🔥

The people have spoken, and Trio Westboro is the reigning champion and People’s Choice Winner for the second annual Street Food Showdown! 👑

Their Filipino BBQ Pork Belly Tacos took the crown by a total landslide! A huge congratulations to Rob and his team, and an even bigger thank you to everyone who came out to taste and vote. This event helped us raise over $5000 for the Westboro Region Food Bank, and it wouldn't have been possible without you!

The reigning champ is back to defend the crown 👑

Last year, Trio Westboro absolutely dominated the Street Food Showdown with their iconic Kung Pao Taco. This year, they’re back and they are not playing it safe.

Chef Rob has collaborated with his staff to bring in a brand new, custom Filipino BBQ sauce from scratch, taking their Pork Belly Taco to a whole new level 🔥

Will Trio secure the back-to-back championship win, or will another restaurant take the trophy? There’s only one way to find out.
