My personal trainer worked me out pretty hard on Monday morning. We did lots of weights and stregth training. I will be more prepared for my bike challenge for sick kids with cancer in August than I was for my fundraising run for my local sick kids hospital in May.

I was wearing my $500 shirt while training for an upcoming run. I am only $500 short of my $1500 sweater.
