today is the last day of Otakuthon & as I’m writing this post, i’m feeling a little bit emotional. this has been my best show to date, surpassing my last one (which I thought wasn’t possible). ⁣and we’re not even done with Sunday yet.

⁣as a joke a couple months ago, I told myself that if i broke a certain sales amount, that I would get a tattoo done by .dle because i thought it was an impossible task. and yesterday, i broke that record. :’)⁣
⁣
⁣it feels a little surreal. Otak really lived up to the hype and i’m hoping i’ll be able to do it again next year. thank you all for stopping by, seeing my partner and i (but mostly my partner at my booth handling the sales lol) and supporting my goals. 🥹🫶⁣

⁣oh, and for everyone that was dissapointed that we sold out of labubus so quick, we’re having a big shipment coming in the mail this Monday with a lot more goodies. they’re available on the website right now :) and we’re also going to have a looooot of them at Ottawa Comiccon next month so get ready for labubu madness 😈

next up, otakuthon! we’ll be in the dealer’s area and will have 3-4x the stock what we had at pocha, so if you’re coming to the event, you can come get your blind boxes then! they’re 100% authenticated with the qr codes :)) we’ll also have a big restock coming soon on the website but in the meantime, if you want to reserve your boxes in advance, you can always dm me 🫶

say hi to koissom - the new branding of Golden Heart Stationery 🥳⁣

koissom, or koi blossom, is the new name chosen to reprensent this new era. while Golden Heart has and will forever hold a special place in my heart, this new branding represents my hopes & dream i have for the future ✨⁣
⁣
it took us months to conceptualise the feelings & vision into a name. whilst i’m still an artist, this shift will allow me to pursue my dreams & create a business i’m truly proud of representing. i’ve added so many new things to the business (concepts, imported goods, collaborations with other artists) & this name truly feels like home now ✨⁣

this is my first amigurumi project and as a 15+ years crochet enthusiast, i’d like to think i’ve done pretty well 🥹 normally i stick to blankets & pillows, but i’ve gone out of my comfort zone for once!! ⁣i wanted to have more plushies on my website, so what a cute & fun way to use my creative crochet skills hehe ~
