Without donors like you, CHEO families wouldn't have success stories like this.

For almost half of three-year-old Isaac’s life, he has been fighting neuroblastoma, an insidious cancer that requires long and intense treatment. Isaac’s mother and father had to face their son’s terrifying medical diagnosis during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The team at CHEO immediately started a rigorous treatment protocol. Five rounds of chemotherapy allowed surgeons to remove the bulk of his tumor, but Isaac’s cancer journey has been a marathon. He has endured countless surgeries, treatments, and drugs to get him to a maintenance phase to help keep his cancer from coming back.

Watch this touching story to learn how this strong boy reached the end of a difficult road with the support and guidance of CHEO.
