Easter hop: most of my books are dark colours So I had to get a little creative & do something I normally wouldn't do. I chose this purple-blue book & painted it to give it a colorful Easter vibe & I got to say I love how it turned out & its perfect with the Easter hop bookmark with the pops of colour.(if your interested in this bookmark you have choice of blue or green clay egg)
Pebble moss owl in the woods: With all the greens,blues & white in this bookmark & my creature that lives in the forest I thought this book was the perfect match.From creatures I grew up seeing in many different movies & books I read like lord of the rings, the hobbit & harry potter. I came up with the pebble moss owl that's small enough to fit in your hand. I have a whole bio story about it & hope to make a children's book one day.
Spring green door: I know it's strange to say but I love looking at regular & unique doors & imagine the slice of life stories around & behind them. I love doors that are round on the top & with this door I imagine it somewhere in England way behind these gates or In the town Morrow Brooks on a peaceful spring afternoon after gardening having a cup of tea reading a good book.
Witch in all of us:I chose this bookmark based on the blue background, green colours & fireflies in the dark which I thought was perfect because a garden is mention in this book.Witch isn't just halloween & evil. I like to think there's good ones like forest witches, ones with there own special gardens or ones that can speak with animals & creatures. I like to think we all have a little magical witch in us for the times we all make something happen that's unexpected.(No witch in this book).
