This week our Awaken group is paying attention and writing down our Negative Thoughts, Negative Self-Talk and Intrusive Thoughts

This is a part of our Growth Work

The first step to changing our thought processes is to acknowledge the thoughts we have. Without judgement!!

We have 12000 to 60000 thoughts a day and 70% to 80% of them can be negative.
