Just a shout out this morning to all the people who have taught me lessons in my life, the good, the bad, the ugly and the soul wrenching... You have all played a role in helping me to become the woman and the healer I am today, because, how else can you show up in life as being authentic without having been through your own personal hell and come out the other side. Have courage, keep faith, believe in your own personal strength. We were never promised easy, but diamonds aren't forged between pillows now are they.
