🧶 HELP US COLOR THE TOWN! 🧶
Calling all knitters, crocheters, and crafters in 100 Mile House! The Crafter’s Market is planning a festive public art project to yarn bomb 25 trees along the Main Street parade route this winter—and we need your hands! 🎄✨
We want to transform downtown into a cozy, vibrant holiday gallery right in time for Moonlight Madness and the Santa Claus Parade. Best of all? Every single piece will be taken down in January, washed, and stitched into warm blankets for local animal shelters and charities! 🐾❤️
(And don't worry—our plans are 100% tree-safe! No nails, no glue, and totally breathable stitches).
How you can help:
Stitch from home: Knit or crochet colorful panels using your leftover yarn stash.
Join the crew: Help us assemble and tie the wraps onto the trees between Nov 12–15.
Monitor & Takedown: Help keep the route tidy or join the January cleanup crew.
Let’s bring some handmade warmth and community pride to Main Street!
