Meet Joyce from Crossfield. She makes low sugar jams. Most of her jams have 3 or 4 ingredients (fruit, sugar, pectin, maybe spice); no artificial anything. She has many flavors and combinations. Kiwi jam is her best seller but for the Christmas season spiced plum wins hands down. Come and sample her product!

Meet Michael Wareman of Dancing Dog Design.

I use a variety of wood tree species. Lately relying more on locally sourced oak and birch trees. The wood is first allowed to dry. Then cut with bandsaw and planned to my required thickness. I use the scroll saw to cut my various wooden ornaments, puzzles, vases, and other wooden art projects.
