In attempting to do business in the markets of today there are generally (2) types of business people - those who strive for the fastest way to line their pockets & those who genuinely strive to provide "quality solutions" to problems that clients face in their worlds.
Unfortunately, those who strive to do a good job, but fall short in some way, are often lumped into the same category as the "pocket liners". This can sometimes be an accurate bundling assessment, but only if the supplier fails to stand behind his product & correct any factual deficiencies identified by his client.
Over the years, since even before Road Case Guys first opened their doors, I have worked with Cliff Lanouette, both as a client & a sounding board, to see how he could develop the best product for the industry in which he chose to work.
This journey has definitely been an interesting adventure, as we attempted to combine years of manufacturing experience with Cliff's vision for Road Case Guys - at times fraught with strong differences of opinion, but always ending up with the product that The Display Centre was looking for. This sometimes took more than one try, but the end result was there, even if it took longer than first planned.
Currently, Road Case Guys has "tooled up" to be in a position to provide a top quality product for the discerning consumer. Anyone can throw together a "shipping crate" but few have the heart & dedication to create an "insurance policy" for the goods you are shipping.
Finally, I wish to say that the YELP site leaves very much to be desired, in the final postings of the reviews that customers take the time to submit.
This site is supposed to be a true indicator of the thoughts from clients in the marketplace. How can this happen when (3) & (4) Star Positive Reviews end up being filed in the area for Negative Reviews as is the case with Road Case Guys?? Gentlemen of YELP...your system is badly in need of a TUNE UP!!
