So a few weeks ago I took this photo of a lamp that was in someone's house, and decided that I could probably make one of those. So I whipped up a copy that is fully 3D printed (except for the bulb socket and cable). I had to make the neck thicker to support the standard E27 bulb socket, and I added my own flair to the dome by embossing it with some flowers. Add in a WiFi controlled multicolored bulb, and my daughter's pretty happy with this addition to her room. I thought it came out pretty nice.
