HSOMH is pleased to be taking part in the Oakville Fire Department’s Summer Splash series, a weekly summer program that brings families together across Oakville for evenings of fun, learning, and community connection.🧑‍🚒🐶

Every Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., families are invited to visit a different local park to meet members of the fire crew, explore fire trucks, take part in family-friendly activities, and learn important fire safety tips in an engaging, hands-on environment!

HSOMH will be on site at each event to connect with community members, share information about our work, and accept donations. We're excited to be part of this community initiative and look forward to connecting with residents at parks across Oakville all summer long.☀️

We were thrilled to see so many community members stop by to shop great deals, support our thrift store, and help make a difference for animals in need at HSOMH.

Love thrifting, community, and helping animals? Our Barkin’ Bin Thrift Store is looking for dedicated volunteers to join the team! 💙

As a Thrift Store Associate, you’ll help support the daily operations of Barkin’ Bin by assisting customers, sorting donations, merchandising items, and helping create a welcoming space for shoppers and donors alike — all while supporting the animals in our care.
