Wacky Bookshop It is much sadness and regret that we announce the death of the Wacky Bookshop. You can bid us farewell until June 22 which will be our last day of sales.

After a long and courageous battle with technology the bookshop succumbed to lack of sales and lower than usual volume. Although efforts were made using deep discounts, 2-for-1 pitches, dollar books and 5-for-a-buck bundles, it still wasn’t enough to revive the failing shop. tores become extinct. All fixtures, props, decorations, shelving etc are for sale. To all our regular and loyal customers, we thank you for you patronage throughout the years; we’ll miss your happy faces along with our many discussions about books, authors, plots and story lines. Stop by to say goodbye and mourn with us, our loss.

Tomorrow, Saturday October 20th, is our last day open, and we’re having a big, *everything must go*, blowout sale. $5 will get you a grocery store bag (we’ll supply the bags) full of paperbacks, hardcover fiction, trade paperbacks, YA, and/or kids’ books. Come on in (store will open at 9 am), grab a bag, and fill it up for $5.

Non-fiction, vintage, and first editions are 75% off, or best offer. CDs are $0.50 each, and DVDs (some of which are box sets) are $1 each. Decor is being sold starting at $1 per item, and bookshelves (of various sizes) are for sale starting at $10. It’s your last chance for some great deals!

It’s the last week that our doors are open. Saturday October 20th will be our last day. All paperback fiction, hardcover fiction, and trade paperbacks (over-sized paperbacks) are $1 each. Two weeks left until our doors close for good. We’ve lowered our prices again. Paperback fiction, trade paperbacks, and hardcover fiction are $1.00 each. Well, we’re going to stay open into October and we’ve lowered our prices even more. Paperback fiction and all non-fiction books are now 70% off. Our shelves are still stuffed with books, but it won’t stay that way for long so don’t delay coming into the store. :-)
