Sadly, a storm ⛈️ surfaced in Sundridge so with everyone’s safety in mind, the Sunflower 🌻 Festival was shut down. (Quick pics before we packed up the shop!)

As much as I was excited to connect with new and familiar faces today, I appreciate the coordinators of the event prioritizing the wellbeing of everyone there.

Next Saturday Crystal’s Goddess Gemz will be a vendor at the Enchanted Family Fun Fest in Lee Park, North Bay from 10am to 5pm 🧚 🛍️ ✨

Hoping for sunny skies and butterflies 🦋😏🌞

Thoughts/Meditation | An Effective Deliberate Strategy

Those thoughts you keep thinking about that you would prefer to not have popping up in your mind every minute of the day are persistent because you’re not allowing them space to be heard.

No matter the context of your thoughts, choose to pause, hear it all the way through without resisting it or trying to force it to pass faster.

Sit with that uncomfortable feeling and breathe.

I promise you that the relentless somatic and mental pressure you’ve been experiencing is because of the meaning you have placed on that thought. Once you allow it to be as it is — it will relax, recede, and fade away.

Taking back your power is not about fighting yourself to quiet your mind or thinking perfect thoughts—it’s about experiencing every facet of life with true deliberate presence.

So before you judge, take a pause and listen.
