We are all about getting kids moving! There have been countless studies that prove that staying active can help with children's concentration and ability to learn.
The Bear Walk is a great method of getting children to move around. By placing their hands and feet on the ground, kids move like a bear on all fours. This is a great, fun way to get kids active!!
