☀️SUMMER CAMP FUN at KINDER BOOKS!!📚

We are thrilled to partner with .lit this summer to bring you two exciting reading camps for kids ages 8–11!

🐾 Animal Adventures: August 17–21 | 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
🦉 Flights of Fantasy: August 24–28 | 1:00 PM–4:00 PM

Each weeklong, half-day camp focuses on a fun theme and three books. Campers will enjoy reading time, guided book discussions, related crafts and games, plus outdoor time in and around River Market, Pier Park, and Quayside Park.

❤️ Big thank you to local artist for sharing his artistic process with us today. He is known for creating beautiful collage works, including Sockeye Salmon In The Stream and Convergence of Water.

🎨There is something special about hearing directly from an artist about how a work evolves from idea to finished piece. Nicholas’s generosity in sharing his process made us appreciate his work even more.

🖼️Thank you to everyone who came out to meet him and who enjoys his work as much as we do here at Kinder Books! His exhibition is on display until tomorrow at noon, so there’s still time to stop by. Come add one of his pieces to your collection and take home a unique work by a talented local artist.

We had such a wonderful time sharing stories, creating art, and enjoying all the fun together. Thank you to all the families and community members who joined us and helped make the event so special. We loved celebrating 60 years of this beloved classic with you! 🥳
